Hi, I\u2019m Diane Graham \u2014 Licensed Clinical Social Worker, career counselor, and someone who genuinely loves this work.<\/p>

I specialize in supporting women at the intersection of mental health and work \u2014 because for many women, the two are deeply connected. How you feel about your work can affect your confidence, relationships, and overall well-being.<\/p>

Alongside private practice, my full-time work involves helping individuals from diverse backgrounds navigate employment barriers, career transitions, and return-to-work challenges. That experience directly informs the career counseling and assessments I offer here, and shapes my approach to therapy \u2014 especially when supporting women facing burnout, anxiety, ADHD, and career transitions.<\/p>

Together, we focus on creating a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and sustainable.<\/p>

My approach is integrative and flexible, <\/strong>drawing from evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).<\/p>

What truly sets my work apart is how I integrate career and personality assessments, <\/strong>specifically the MBTI\u00ae and WOWI \u2014 into the therapeutic process when helpful.<\/p>

These tools aren\u2019t used to label you or put you in a box. Instead, they help clarify how you\u2019re wired, what environments support your well-being, what may be contributing to burnout, and what a career that actually fits you could look like.<\/p>

Many clients find that this combination of therapy and structured insight brings a deeper level of understanding \u2014 reducing self-criticism, easing confusion, and making next steps feel clearer and more manageable.<\/p>

My Path to Counseling<\/a><\/h4>

I\u2019ve wanted to be a counselor since I was 12, when my mom casually said, \u201cYou should be a counselor when you grow up.\u201d It\u2019s amazing how much power those early words of encouragement can have.\n\nYears later, I get to do work that feels meaningful to me every day. It wasn\u2019t an easy path, but I\u2019m grateful I followed it \u2014 and I still feel honored to do this work. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Life Outside the Office<\/a><\/h4>

When I'm not working, I'm with my family. I'm married and have a son who is completely obsessed with trucks \u2014 he's already decided he's going to drive Peterbilts across the country when he grows up, and honestly, I believe him. We love biking, traveling, and plenty of couch time. I grew up between California and Hawaii \u2014 I love sushi\u2026 but no, I never learned to surf!<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Why I Started My Practice<\/a><\/h4>

I started this practice because I kept meeting working women who needed a different kind of support \u2014 something that addressed both their emotional well-being and their work life. Traditional therapy can be incredibly helpful, and so can career coaching, but some women benefit from having both in one place. This practice is that place.
