I also know life is busy and not everyone needs (or can fit in) weekly sessions. That\u2019s why I offer secure messaging between appointments<\/strong>\u2014so you can stay supported even on the weeks we don\u2019t meet.<\/p>

I\u2019m a private pay provider<\/strong>, which allows for greater flexibility and privacy in your care. While I do not bill insurance directly, many clients are able to receive reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits.<\/p>
