What assessments actually do<\/h3>

Career and personality assessments aren't tests you pass or fail. They're structured ways of surfacing what you already know about yourself but may have never been able to articulate.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

I use two tools I've found to be especially meaningful in this work \u2014 the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and the WOWI (World of Work Inventory). The MBTI helps you understand your personality, communication style, and how you naturally think and make decisions. The WOWI focuses specifically on your work-related interests, strengths, and motivations \u2014 the things that drive career satisfaction and long-term fulfillment. Together, they give you a much fuller picture than either one could on its own.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

You'll complete both assessments on your own time before our session, so when we meet we can spend the full time on what matters most \u2014 exploring what your results mean for you specifically, and how they connect to where you are and where you want to go.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

They can clarify whether a career change makes sense, what direction might be a better fit, or what's missing in your current role that's making it feel so draining. And they go beyond just your career \u2014 because how you spend your working hours affects everything else. Assessments can shed light on what you may be neglecting in your personal life, what you need more of outside of work, and how to build a life that actually feels balanced rather than just busy.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
