Services & FAQ

Practical support for navigating anxiety, burnout, ADHD, and career transitions.

Together, we’ll clarify your goals and create next steps that feel doable.

It’s not about perfection—it’s about steady progress toward what matters most.

You’re constantly overthinking and feel like you can’t turn your brain off. You may feel worried, stressed, and overwhelmed. However it shows up, we’ll work together to quiet the noise and build tools to help you feel calm and in control.

You’re smart and capable, but staying organized, focused, or on top of everything feels exhausting. I help women with ADHD develop systems that work for them—and explore how ADHD may be impacting work, relationships, and self-worth.

Whether you’re burned out, feeling stuck, or trying to figure out your next step, I can help. Using proven career assessment tools, we’ll clarify your strengths, values, and goals—and create a path forward that feels clear and achievable.

What kind of clients do you work with?

I work with women navigating stress related to career, education, ADHD, anxiety, or burnout. Many of my clients are professionals looking for clarity, direction, or better tools to manage overwhelm and move forward.

Do you only work with women?

Yes. At this time, I am only accepting female clients.

How long will I need to work with you?

It depends on your goals. Some clients work with me for just 3-6 sessions to clarify direction, complete assessments, and build an initial strategy. Others navigating ADHD, anxiety, or mild symptoms of depression may choose to meet for 8–12 sessions or longer. We’ll decide together what makes the most sense for you.

Are assessments like the MBTI® or WOWI® included in the cost?

Yes. If we decide an assessment would be helpful, it’s included in your plan—at no additional cost. These tools are often used in early sessions to support clarity and focus, but they’re optional and not used with every client.

What’s the cost per session?

Sessions are $250 and last 50 minutes. This flat rate includes everything—your session time, any assessments, interpretation, prep work, and follow-up materials.

Is this therapy or career coaching?

My practice blends both. I’m a licensed therapist with specialized training in both mental health and career counseling. We’ll address emotional wellbeing alongside your goals, tailoring the work to what you need—whether that’s therapeutic support, career clarity, or both.

Can I use my insurance?

I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, I offer superbills and use Thrizer, a reimbursement tool that can submit claims on your behalf—making it easier to access out-of-network benefits. Many clients also choose to pay privately for greater flexibility and confidentiality.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Life happens—I get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee. That said, if something unexpected comes up, just reach out—we’ll work together to figure it out.

What locations do you serve?

I am licensed to provide therapy in Washington, Idaho, Utah, and Montana.

If you live outside these states, you’re welcome to explore my self-guided resources and digital tools—like eBooks and worksheets—available through my Stan Store.

How do we meet?

All sessions are held virtually through Jane, a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. After scheduling, you’ll receive a link to create your profile, complete intake paperwork, and access your session. The forms are quick to fill out and help me understand your goals so we can make the most of our time together.

Can I message you between sessions?

Yes! I offer secure messaging through my client portal (PracticeQ) at no additional cost. This is one of the benefits of working with me — you don’t have to wait until our next session to share an update, ask a quick question, or clarify something we discussed.

That said, some conversations are best explored during a session, especially if they require deeper discussion, problem-solving, or therapeutic support. In those cases, I may recommend we schedule time together so you can get the full benefit of working through it.

Please remember: messaging is not monitored 24/7 and is not intended for emergencies. If you’re in crisis, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
