Session Rates
Therapy should feel clear and straightforward
I know reaching out for support can already feel vulnerable. My goal is to make the practical side of therapy — including fees, payment, and insurance reimbursement — feel as simple and transparent as possible.
Rates & Payments
$225 per 50-minute session
This rate includes therapy services, career assessments, workbooks, and related paperwork — there are no additional fees for these supports.
Payment is collected at the time of service through a secure client portal. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
If you have an HSA or FSA account, therapy sessions are typically an eligible expense — another way to make private pay more accessible than it might seem.
Private Pay & Insurance Reimbursement
I am a private-pay provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. I partner with Thrizer to help simplify the reimbursement process by estimating benefits and submitting claims on your behalf.
Why Private Pay?
Private-pay therapy allows our work together to be guided by your needs rather than insurance requirements. That flexibility can create more space for individualized support, deeper conversations, and an approach that adapts as your goals evolve — whether we’re focusing on burnout, anxiety, career stress, or major life transitions. It also allows therapy to move at a pace that feels supportive and realistic for your life, rather than being shaped primarily by diagnosis or coverage limitations.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when possible. I don’t charge for late cancellations or missed appointments — life happens and I get it.
What I do ask is that we stay in communication. If life has gotten overwhelming or now just isn’t the right time, just let me know — we can pause and pick back up when you’re ready.
