How We Work Together
Therapy that works around your life, not the other way around.
Whether you’re squeezing in a session during lunch, connecting from your car after drop-off, or finally taking fifty minutes that are just yours — this is what working together actually looks like.
how we meet
Meeting Virtually
Virtual therapy means you don't have to carve out extra time for a commute or sit in a waiting room. You just show up — from wherever you are, in whatever you're wearing, with whatever is on your mind.
A lunch break in your car. After the kids are in bed. Between meetings on a Tuesday. If you have fifty minutes and a private space, we can make it work. All you need is a phone, laptop or tablet with a camera and a stable internet connection.
Sessions are held through PracticeQ, a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform — so everything stays private and protected, no matter where you're connecting from.
I offer virtual therapy to women located in Washington, Idaho, Montana and Utah. Because of state licensing laws sessions do need to take place while you're physically in one of these states.

How it Works
Every woman's journey looks a little different — but the path to getting started is simpler than you might think. Here's what to expect.
Schedule a Free Consultation
We'll meet for a brief 15-minute video call to get acquainted, answer any questions you have, and get a sense of whether this feels like a good fit. There's no pressure — just a chance to connect before committing to anything.
Get Started
If you decide to move forward you'll complete a short intake form and some paperwork online — all through your secure client portal. It's straightforward and helps me understand your goals before we meet.
Begin Sessions
Sessions are held virtually and follow your lead. We'll focus on what feels most important to you — whether that's navigating burnout, a career transition, returning to work, or simply figuring out what you actually need.
Adjust as You Go
Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all and it doesn't have to stay the same week to week. We'll regularly check in about what's helpful and adjust as your needs evolve — because what matters most at the start may look different a few months in.
What a Session Actually Feels Like
There’s no script and no pressure to have it all figured out before we meet. Most sessions start simply — with wherever you are that day. Sometimes that’s a specific situation you want to work through. Sometimes it’s a feeling you can’t quite name. Sometimes it’s just exhaustion and a need to be heard without having to explain yourself to anyone.
From there we follow what matters most to you. Some sessions are reflective and slower. Others are more practical — working through a decision, preparing for a transition, reviewing assessment results together, or making sense of what those results mean for your next steps. Most are somewhere in between.
What stays consistent is that this is your space. There’s no agenda you have to meet and no version of yourself you have to perform. Just an hour to think out loud with someone who is genuinely paying attention.
