Session Details

Reaching out for support can already feel like a big step. My goal is to make the practical side of therapy feel simple and straightforward, so you can focus on what matters most — you.

50 minutes

Ongoing sessions where we do the real work — processing, building skills, and making progress toward your goals.

75 minutes

We'll start with a longer first session so there's plenty of time to get to know each other and talk through what brings you here.

90 minutes

A personalized review of your MBTI or WOWI results — exploring your strengths, work style, and career fit with practical, actionable insight.

2 × 90 minutes

A personalized review of both your MBTI and WOWI results — a complete picture of your strengths, work style, and career fit.

Payment Details

Session fees include secure messaging between sessions, accompanying paperwork, assessments, and support materials — no surprise charges. Payment is collected after each session through a secure client portal, and all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

HSA and FSA funds can typically be used for eligible therapy services. Check with your HSA or FSA provider to confirm coverage.

Private Pay & Insurance Reimbursement

I am a private-pay provider and do not bill insurance directly. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company, and any reimbursement is paid directly to you. I recommend checking with your insurance company ahead of time to learn more about your specific out-of-network benefits.

Why Private Pay?

Private-pay therapy allows our work together to be guided by your needs rather than insurance requirements. That flexibility gives us more room to focus on what matters most to you — whether that’s burnout, anxiety, career stress, or a major life transition — and to adjust our approach as your needs and goals evolve. Therapy can move at a pace that feels supportive and realistic for your life, rather than being shaped by diagnosis or coverage limitations.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when possible. I don’t charge for late cancellations or missed appointments — life happens and I get it.

What I do ask is that we stay in communication. If life has gotten overwhelming or now just isn’t the right time, just let me know — we can pause and pick back up when you’re ready.

Let’s Talk About You

A website can tell you a lot about me, but a free 15-minute consultation gives me a chance to learn more about you.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping will feel different, and what kind of support you’re looking for. You’ll also have time to ask questions and get a feel for what it might be like to work together.

Using Insurance?

To make this easier, I offer access to Thrizer, a platform that submits claims on your behalf and helps you get reimbursed quickly and easily—no forms, no follow-up calls, no hassle.

Use the secure benefits check below to estimate your reimbursement in just a few minutes.
Most major plans are supported. If your benefits can’t be calculated automatically, your plan may require manual/phone verification. For help with the check, email help@thrizer.com.
